The personal information we required and what we use it for:

 

• Newsletters and special offers: Your name and email address.

 

• Booking form:  Your name, address, phone number, and dietary information.

 

• Health profile for retreats: Your name, age, and in-depth health information.

 

• Card payment: Your name, address, card type and last 4 digits of your card.

 

• Downloadable guides: Your name and email address.

 

 

For retreats, your health profile and dietary information may be shared in confidence with our professional chefs or wellbeing practitioners for them to provide the appropriate meals or treatment for you.  They too have a confidentiality clause in their contracts.

 

Your card payment details are processed by a third party who keep your personal information completely secure.

 

How we store your personal information

Information collected online is securely stored electronically and automatically encrypted by SSL.  Your personal information is stored for 12 months.  All personal information is then deleted off our database by our Data Controller.

The cookies are used to understand the preferences of the people who use our website, and to provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. We use anonymous information for analytics

We use Google Analytics to find out how people are using our website.  The information collected remains anonymous.  The type of information we collect is the type of devise used, which pages and images are viewed, and which links are clicked.  We use this anonymised information to improve our website and your online experience.

We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
