By participating in the competition run by The Copper Pot Club, you agree to these competition terms and conditions.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to participants who:

1. Have booked either the 27 June or 29 June 2024 Perfect Picnic Lunch cookery class

2. Are 18 years of age or older.

• There is a limit of one entry per person.

• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. 

• The Copper Pot Club employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

The Prize

• The prize is a hand painted classic two-tier Indian Tiffin Tin from Pretty Tiffin.

• There is one prize for both cookery classes.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

• The Copper Pot Club reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require us to do so.

Winner Announcement

• The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address they provided on their cookery class booking form.

• Should the winner cancel their cookery class booking they will forfeit their prize and a new prize winner will be selected from the remaining class attendees.

 

Delivery of the Prize

• The winner will receive their prize at their booked cookery class. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Copper Pot Club for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

• The winner agrees to be photographed and for their first name to be announced on The Copper Pot Club's website and social media channels. 

• All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing  robyn@thecopperpotclub.co.uk. If requested by The Copper Pot Club, the winner agrees to release their first name to other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability

• The Copper Pot Club accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

• The Copper Pot Club's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

• The Copper Pot Club reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
