I'm passionate about plant-based cooking
I have completed a course on plant-based eating through Leith's Cookery School in London. I have a certificate on plant-based nutrition through The University of Winchester. And I've completed Bettina’s Kitchen Retreat Chef Academy which focused on healthy, plant-based cooking.
